During an annual exam, your eyewear prescription is evaluated as well as the overall health of your eyes. Many systemic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol can be identified during an eye exam. In addition, many commonly prescribed medications can adversely affect a person’s vision. Our doctors are trained to discuss and address these issues with you.
